T1 ‐ Battery Replacement Guide

  1. Turn over the T1 can and remove the rubber pads at the rear. Beneath each rubber pad is a screw, as shown in the photo.
  2. Using a Phillips screw driver remove the two screws.
  3. Using a flat head screw driver, slide it into the area shown in the photo to separate the two halves of the T1 can. With the rear cover removed, the internal components can be seen, including the battery. Wiggle the battery loose from the double sided tape holding it in place.
  4. Disconnect the defective battery from the main board using the black connector.
  5. Remove the defective battery and replace with battery.
  6. Reconnect the new battery to board using the black connector.
  7. Reassemble the T1 can by replacing the screws and rubber pads.
  8. Lastly, plug in the T1 can to be charged for 10 hours, install a refill ring and begin using.
