Return Merchandise Authorization

The Return Merchandise Authorization form is only for products purchased from townewcanada.ca we do not accept returns from other Retailers or Amazon.

All returns must be approved prior to shipping a product back, and have Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) included with the packing slip on the outside of the box. We will refuse any product without a Return Merchandise Authorization. An RMA will be considered invalid if the product isn’t received within 20 days in the townewcanada.ca warehouse.

To return a product, this Return Merchandise Authorization form must be completed and submitted. We will contact you after submission of this form.

Please note you may be required to submit photographs of your products during RMA process.
